Do you know when your TalkTalk contract ends? If not, you've come to the right place! This guide will tell you exactly how to find your end date and when you're free to switch broadband providers.
What’s more, if you find out you’re out of contract, we’ve also got tips on how you can switch and save. As TalkTalk raises its prices every year, there's a high chance you could now be paying far more than you need to.
Here's how to make sure you're still getting the best deal for your money:
You can find when your contract ends by following these steps:
If you'd prefer to speak to a member of TalkTalk’s customer service team, they'll be able to provide you with this information.
Simply give them a call on 0345 172 0088 (Mon to Fri: 9am to 7pm, Sat: 9am to 6pm). If you're hearing, or speech-impaired, you can use the Text Relay Service instead by dialling 18001, followed by 0345 172 0088.
You'll be asked a few security details (such as name, address, email and account number), but once you're through, they will be able to tell you when your contract ends.
If you're out of contract, chances are you are paying over the odds. TalkTalk has a clause in its contract that means it has the right to raise its prices by over 14% (even if you're still under contract). If you've been affected by this, and you're out of your minimum term, this is your chance to save. Here's a selection of the best deals available right now:
